Worse staff ever! Jennifer needs to get fired she is rude and lazy at her job! My father was treated so badly by her.

It was an absolute nightmare. All of my medication‘s were stopped completely once I got there. I have lupus RA, which I’ve had for 20 years, which puts me into excruciating agonizing pain. They gave me ibuprofen, which did nothing. I finally called the Department of Health and Human Resources and a woman came to see me who was an angel and actually got the correct pain medication prescribed for me. I soon after left. There seemed to be a lot of double talk and back peddling and outright lies between staff and management. I watched two people die while I was there and I had asked nurses for help prior to them expiring and no one came. So my experience was an absolute visit to hell.

Worst care ever. Food horrible basically no snacks n they keep Fed Exes n postal mail😡 Very loud n CNA are short staffed n very busy. They don’t care! Some CNAs are very good. People Always screaming for Help! Worse Nursing home help EVER! I

Since Costa Del Sol has control of Buenaventura their have been times I haven’t been comfortable with her care of which were resolved …however the patio flowers, Bird bath greenary and a place of calm is now desolate.

I am a friend or relative of a current/past resident Very rude receptionist and has a very bad attitude. As you come in no one greets you eventhough she’s sitting there in her desk. Dining room looks outdated with old furniture and with no staff insight. A/c doesn’t seem to be working as well. CNAS are ok but seem to always be in a rush and look overworked. Place looks clean minus the curtains in the rooms.

The employees at this convalescent are all receptive and they treat my sister very nicely there. She looks great!!!

I visited this facility Costa Del Sol Healthcare is not fancy. It had a little bit of a smell. The girl who gave me a tour was just the receptionist. I had just walked in. I didn’t make an appointment. It was just bare bones. I looked in a couple of the rooms and they were OK. The dining room was the first thing you see, and I didn’t like it. It was just a big room with tables and a TV playing. People were just sitting in there randomly just watching TV.

Staff at Costa del Sol have been friendly and attentive with my uncle. He has lost a lot of weight due to malnutrition and has been losing muscle due to his puréed vegetarian diet. They say it is his poor oral intake, but he eats all of what they provide when I feed him and he eats the food I bring. Perhaps they could be feeding him more.

I thank The staff for their commitment to care for the patient/residence. Also and highly impressed with how interventions are done with my mom. I must say from a clinical perspective the nurses are excellent in informing me about my mother. Administrative staff has been most helpful in helping me come up with ideas and ways to help my mother take her medication and be more proactive in her own care. I do feel safe living my mother at this residence. So I would refer to other people in need of housing their parents for care.

The facility was clean. The staff was very friendly. The patients were taken care well. But the parking was hard to find a spot. Overall was great.
